Reservation Changes & Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation cost applies regardless of cancellation timing. Please be aware of this policy.

Due to the nature of accommodation services, no refunds are possible after service provision. Cancellations made by guests after reservation confirmation are subject to the above policy.
